- The strange creatures known as chrono hounds are rarely seen in the Frozen City, as they can move through time like other creatures move through space. Practically immortal, they shift to different points in time if close to death, usually drawn by time crystals. Chrono hounds resemble large, lean, hairless hounds with long, salivating tongues. They are extremely aggressive and attack strangers on sight, which means everyone they meet is a stranger.
