Fantastic Loaded Box

This really is a brilliant box set, and there’s no spare space in there. My only gripe (small that it is) is, as I’m sharing it with a friend who lives on the other side of the country, that making the two retinues requires cutting frames into two or three - especially the sergeants. However, this is easily solved by buying an extra frame … or a box if you want lots 😀

As always, Miniature Kingdoms service is excellent. Well packaged and prompt delivery. They also have a Sprue Cupboard (see above)

Excellent starter set

This box is packed to the brim. Very good price for the amount of gaming goodness in here.
The ‘getting started’ leaflet is really good giving you build instructions for 2 very good starter forces you can build from the set

The WA plastic miniatures are lovely, very easy to build.

There’s a good variety on the sprues and also includes sprues of scenery which you can build as market stalls or barricades.

The new 2nd edition rulebook is A4 now, rather than the small size of the previous edition.
Better laid out and the rules have been streamlined and clarified

This is a perfect way to get into the game
