  1. No Purchase Necessary: Entry to the giveaway does not require any purchase.
  2. Entry and Email Consent: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to have their email address added to our Klaviyo email marketing list. You may receive occasional marketing communications from us, which you can opt out of at any time.
  3. Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years or older. Proof of residency may be required. Entries from individuals outside the UK will not be considered.
  4. Winner Selection: One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. If the selected winner is not a resident of the UK, a new winner will be chosen. The winner will be notified via email.
  5. Winner Notification and Response:The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during sign-up. If the winner does not respond within 5 working days, they will forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be selected.
  6. Privacy and Use of Name: The winner’s name will not be publicly shared without their express permission. We respect the privacy of all participants.
  7. Giveaway End Date:The giveaway closes on 20 December 2024 at 11:59 PM. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  8. Prize: The prize consists of one Bolt Action Battle of the Bulge Starter Set, which will be awarded to the selected winner. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
  9. Shipping: As soon as the winner is confirmed, the winner can pick up the prize from Miniature Kingdoms immediately. If shipping is necessary, we will send it via Royal Mail 24 upon confirmation from the winner. We cannot guarantee it to arrive by Christmas.
